Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally except to select Asian and remote regions. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location. For special requests, contact our shipping team.
How do I track my order?

Returns & Warranty

What’s your return policy?
We offer 15-day hassle-free returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories. Some electronics may require factory inspection for warranty claims.
My ESC arrived DOA (Dead On Arrival) – what now?
No worries, racer! Email [email protected] immediately with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue
We’ll send a prepaid return label and process your replacement faster than a pit crew!
Do you offer product warranties?
