1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition (unused/uninstalled)
- In original packaging with all accessories/manuals
- Received within the last 15 days

- 1S Lipo Batteries (safety hazard if used)
- Opened Connectors & Adapters (custom-soldered items)
- FPV Cameras with removed protective films

Step 2: Receive RMA Authorization
Our team will respond within 24 business hours with:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping address (our US warehouse)
- Special instructions if needed
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package securely including:
- All original items and packaging
- Copy of your invoice (packed inside)
- RMA number clearly marked on exterior
Note: We recommend using trackable shipping (DHL/FedEx) and retaining your receipt.
3. Refueling Your Wallet
Once received and inspected (typically 3-5 business days):
- Original Payment Method: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
- Restocking Fees: Deducted before refund for opened electronics (15% of item value)
- Exchange Shipping: New items ship free for warranty replacements

4. International Returns (Global Racers)
For customers outside the US:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees

- Allow extra time for international shipping delays
5. Warranty & Defective Items
If your RC component arrived DOA (Dead On Arrival):
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos/video of the issue
- We’ll cover return shipping and expedite replacement
For manufacturer warranties (typically 30-90 days on electronics):
- Contact us first before returning to manufacturer
- Have purchase receipt ready
- Some items may require direct manufacturer service
