If your RC component doesn’t meet your racing standards, our pit crew will help get you back on track.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for return/exchange:
- Items must be unused/uninstalled in original condition
- All original packaging and accessories included
- Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
β οΈ Non-Returnable RC Components
For safety and performance reasons, these items cannot be returned unless defective:
- 1S Lipo Batteries (safety hazard if used)
- Opened Connectors & Adapters (especially custom-soldered items)
- FPV Cameras with removed protective films
- Custom ESC/Motor Combos (tuned to order)
- Misc Parts with broken seals
Pit Crew Return Process

Take photos of your packed return before shipping. This helps our pit crew verify contents if boxes are damaged in transit.
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our pit crew at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Product name and reason for return
- Photos of any defective items
Step 2: Receive RMA Authorization
Our team will respond within 24 business hours with:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping address (our US warehouse)
- Special instructions if needed
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package securely including:
- All original items and packaging
- Copy of your invoice (packed inside)
- RMA number clearly marked on exterior
Note: We recommend using trackable shipping (DHL/FedEx) and retaining your receipt.
Refueling Your Wallet
Once received and inspected (typically 3-5 business days):
- Refund Method: Processed to your original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after inspection
- Restocking Fee: 15% of item value for opened electronics (ESCs, motors, FPV gear)
- Exchange Shipping: Free for warranty replacements
International Returns
For global racers outside the US:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid import taxes
- Allow extra time for international shipping delays
Warranty & Defective Items
If your RC component arrived DOA (Dead On Arrival):
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos/video of the issue
- We’ll cover return shipping and expedite replacement
