By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. Our pit crew is committed to fueling your RC passion while ensuring clear expectations for all racers.

1. User Responsibilities

1.1 Account Accuracy

When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. Our pit crew relies on this information to deliver your RC parts efficiently.

1.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our store. RC components require technical knowledge and safety awareness.

1.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our products for illegal purposes or competitions
• Reverse engineer or modify proprietary components (ESCs, motor controllers)
• Resell our products as part of commercial kits without authorization
• Use automated systems to place orders

2. Products and Services

2.1 RC Component Descriptions

We take pride in offering detailed specifications for all performance parts. While we strive for accuracy, some variations may occur in:

• Motor windings and ESC firmware versions
• Battery discharge rates (C ratings)
• Connector types (some items may require soldering)

2.2 Safety Notice

RC components can be dangerous if mishandled. Always:

• Follow manufacturer guidelines for LiPo battery charging/storage
• Use proper heatsinks with high-performance motors
• Wear protective gear when working with RC electronics

2.3 International Restrictions

Due to shipping regulations, we cannot ship LiPo batteries to some regions. Customers are responsible for checking local regulations before ordering.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Our pit crew processes orders in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). During peak RC seasons, processing may take 1 additional day.

3.2 Payment Options

We accept:

• JCB
• PayPal

All transactions are processed securely. We never store your full payment details.

3.3 Pricing

Prices are shown in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices for:

• International currency fluctuations
• Supplier cost changes
• Clearance items (marked as such)

4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Shipping Options

Choose the shipping lane that matches your racing needs:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
• Free Shipping: EMS on orders $50+ (15-25 business days after shipping)

4.2 International Shipping

We ship globally except some Asian and remote regions. International customers are responsible for:

• Customs fees and import taxes
• Complying with local RC component regulations
• Extended delivery times due to customs processing

4.3 Order Tracking

All orders receive tracking numbers. While we monitor shipments, delivery delays caused by carriers are beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Eligibility

To qualify for return/exchange:

• Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
• Items must be unused in original packaging
• All accessories and documentation included

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and performance reasons, these cannot be returned unless defective:

• 1S Lipo Batteries (safety hazard if used)
• Opened connectors/adapters (especially custom-soldered)
• FPV cameras with removed protective films
• Custom ESC/Motor Combos
• Misc parts with broken seals

5.3 Return Process

1. Email [email protected] with order details and reason
2. Receive RMA authorization from our pit crew
3. Ship to our US warehouse with all original packaging

5.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection. Note:

• 15% restocking fee applies for opened electronics
• International customers cover return shipping costs

6. Warranties and Liability

6.1 Manufacturer Warranties

Most components carry manufacturer warranties (typically 30-90 days). Contact us immediately if you receive defective items.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

RC Pulse Garage Store is not liable for:

• Improper installation or use of components
• Racing accidents or competition losses
• Consequential damages from product use
• Battery damage from improper charging

6.3 DOA Policy

For Dead-On-Arrival items:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos/video evidence
• We cover return shipping for verified cases

7. Intellectual Property

All content on servotechgear.com is our property or used with permission, including:

• Product photos and descriptions
• Technical guides and tuning tips
• Brand logos and store design

Unauthorized use may violate copyright and trademark laws.

8. General Provisions

8.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by New York State laws. Any disputes will be resolved in Greenfield Ctr., NY courts.

8.2 Policy Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
