Traxxas Temp/volt sensor TQi (short)

This is an optional Traxxas “Short” Temperature & VoltageSensor. Temperature data is critical to monitoring performance, gaugingthe effects of changes, and preventing overheating. The TemperatureSensor features a precision thermistor and is installed on the motor orengine to continually monitor temperature as you drive. The TemperatureSensor can also be fitted to a speed control, battery, or exhaust pipeto monitor its temperature.

Voltage measurement isn’t just for electric cars; the voltage of anitro vehicle’s on-board battery is also critical. An accessory voltage/temperature sensor is available to measure receiver battery pack voltage on nitro vehicles. To monitor the voltage of your electricvehicle’s battery, the Power Tap Connector is installed over the speed control’s Traxxas High-Current Connector. Battery voltage is measured and displayed as you drive, making it easy to see voltage drop under acceleration and monitor battery performance.
